Introduction



We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team and play a key role in driving the next phase of our growth. This role is focused on identifying and securing new corporate partnerships and maintaining relationships to ensure Madlug is their trusted CSR partner aligning with the Madlug mission. As part of an exciting and growing social enterprise, you'll be expected to deliver measurable sales growth against KPI's, expand our corporate client base, and help build scalable relationships for long-term success.

Key Areas of Responsibilities



Business Development



Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify new corporate sales opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries. Generate Corporate Sales Leads: Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients, including CSR & ESG focused organisations, universities, and retail partners. Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to secure meetings with key decision-makers. Sales Presentations: Deliver tailored product and impact presentations to potential corporate clients. Proposal Development: Assist in creating customised proposals and quotes using our CRM system that align with our customers requirements for product and social impact. Order Management Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery of corporate sales.

Marketing



Campaign Execution: Plan and execution of corporate-focused email, linkedin content and marketing campaigns. Content Collaboration: Work with leadership team to create case studies, sales decks, and branded materials that reflect Madlug's impact. Market Research: Gather insights into competitor activity and market trends to refine sales and marketing strategies. Event Participation: Attend corporate events, trade shows, and networking sessions as a brand representative in line with business needs.

Partnership Relationship Management



Account Support: Maintain corporate partners relationships by creating customer focused outcomes and identifying future sales opportunities. CRM Management: Log activity, leads, and progress in the CRM system (HubSpot) accurately and regularly.

Impact Communication



Impact Reporting: Prepare post-sale reports providing our corporate partners with giving reports reaffirming the positive impact their purchase has made in support to care experienced young people.

Person Specifications



Essential



3+ years' experience in a B2B sales role 1+ years marketing experience Strong communication, research, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage a sales pipeline Passion for purpose-driven business and social impact Proactive, Self-motivated and competent utilising CRM and digital tools Alignment with Madlug's mission to support children in care

Desirable



Third level education in Marketing or Business Management

Reporting to:

Head of Operations

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Evening & weekend work may be required at times)
Location: Madlug HQ, 5 Crescent Business Park, Lisburn BT28 2GN

Closing Date: Monday 30th June 2024

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
