We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand and company awareness, driving sales growth, enhancing our online presence, and positioning our organization as a leading perfume wholesale provider offering the best prices in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Expand the company's online presence across social media, marketplaces, and digital channels.
Identify and pursue new market segments and customer opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling marketing materials and content.
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote products and services; conduct occasional site visits to engage with potential clients and explore new business opportunities

Salary:
Up to 30,000 per year, based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
Probation Period:
3 months, during which either party may terminate with 1 weeks' notice.
Post-Probation Notice Period:
1 month.
Leave Policy:
During probation: 6 paid holidays, subject to approval.
After probation: 28 paid holidays per year, including bank holidays.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Additional Requirement:
