The Role

As our new

Sales & Marketing Executive

, you'll be cueing up winning shots across sales, marketing, and customer care. From growing B2B trade accounts, to sparking creative online promotions, to ensuring every customer experience earns five stars, you'll be right at the centre of the match.

Winning Shots -

Key Responsibilities

Trade Sales & Accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners. Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads. Spot opportunities to grow accounts and drive repeat business.

Marketing & Ecommerce

Assist with digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media. Optimise product listings across cueandcase.co.uk, Amazon, and eBay. Help develop creative promotions to boost online sales.

Customer Service - Playing for Five Stars

Deliver friendly, professional support across all channels. Maintain our Trustpilot, Google, Amazon, and eBay scores at the top of the table. Resolve issues quickly and positively - we only settle for a clean finish.

The Right Cue -

What You'll Bring

Experience in

sales, marketing, ecommerce and customer service

. Confident communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and able to line up multiple tasks. A positive, can-do attitude and team player with great attention to detail. A keen interest in snooker and pool is desirable but not essential
