Job Overview
We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded
Sales & Marketing Executive
to take ownership of our social media presence, generate leads, handle product enquiries, and support demos across our product lines.
You'll be the voice of Equi-Trek online and in person -- someone who lives and breathes our brand and knows how to make our vehicles stand out.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Sales & Customer Interaction
Respond to product enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Arrange and conduct live product demos (on-site and virtual)
Support the sales process from lead to close (training provided)
Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional presence
Training & Development
Receive full training on the Equi-Trek product range, including:
Horse Boxes
Horse Trailers
Minibuses
PTS (Patient Transport Service) vehicles
EAV (Electric Assisted Vehicles)
Learn how to confidently demonstrate technical features and USPs
Gain insight into customer needs and how to adapt messaging for different audiences
Produce short-form videos, reels, product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content
Run promotions and engage with followers to grow brand awareness
Manage comments, messages, and inbound DMs
Collaborate with the team to align content with product launches and sales goals
Ideal Candidate
Active and savvy on social media, with a knack for storytelling and engagement
Creative eye for content, including video and photography
Confident communicator - both online and face-to-face
Eager to learn technical product knowledge and explain it simply
Self-starter who can manage their time and take initiative
Driving licence (preferred due to demo/travel needs)

25,000-30,000 (DOE)
