You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the commercial, engineering and operational teams to contribute to our customer acquisition and retention strategies From managing enquiries and building trusted relationships, to executing impactful marketing campaigns, your work will directly influence the company visibility, reputation and financial growth.
You will gain first hand experience in attending meetings with leading brands, organising events, and creating content for key industries including automotive, defence, construction and alternate transport and energy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirement for a Sales & Marketing Graduate with a passion for B2B sales and marketing. An interest in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial. The role will support the Sales & Marketing team with internal and external communications, digital and print marketing and CSR whilst providing support to sales customer services and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, site tours, and meetings.
Confidently represent the company in customer-facing situations including site visits, presentations, shop floor tours, and quality audits.
Generate new sales leads via exhibitions, inbound enquiries, LinkedIn, and cold outreach (calls, emails, print).
Develop and grow accounts up to a value of 1 million, managing enquiries through to order handover and after-sales care.
Support the sales team in achieving targets, closing deals, and reporting on sales performance.
Liaise with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth transition of new business and customer requirements.
Understand customer and market needs, identifying opportunities for growth and new sectors.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Execute marketing activities in line with the 3-year sales strategy, tailored to specific customers and industries.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and target key prospects.
Distribute multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, social media, merchandise).
Design and update marketing materials, including brochures, exhibition graphics, and site signage.
Manage social media channels.
Internal Communications & Branding:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and site signage.
Guide employees to follow brand guidelines and maintain updated email signatures and internal documents.
Plan and deliver charity fundraisers, social events, and community initiatives.
Events & Exhibitions:
Organise and attend national and international exhibitions.
Administration & Support:
Assist with sales administration, reporting, and handling marketing budgets and supplier negotiations.
