Job Description

Sales & Marketing Internship - Freddie's Farm

Paid Internship | 3-6 months | Part-time or Full-time | South East England (Driving Required)
There's potential for a long-term role if it's a great fit!

Love snacks? Care about what goes into them?

We're a small (but mighty) team building a kids' brand that's all about real ingredients, proper nutrition, and a bit of fun along the way.

If that sounds like your thing - we'd love to have you on board

We're Laurie and Charlie - aka Freddie and Ottie's mum and dad. 4 generation farmers who started making snacks for our children, using fresh, whole produce picked from British farms. No Purees or concentrates and never ultra-processed.

Now you'll find our 100% British fruit & veg snacks in Sainsbury's, Tesco, Ocado, and a growing bunch of lovely independents, schools and cafes.

We're a tight-knit team building something we care about - and we're looking for someone brilliant to join us.

You'll be learning the ropes, rolling up your sleeves, and helping us grow a brand with real purpose.

About the Role

This is a sales-meets-marketing internship for someone who's happy chatting to a store manager one minute and filming TikToks the next. You'll be part of our small team - just four of us! Learning the ropes, getting stuck in, and making a real difference from day one.

You'll be out and about visiting stores, popping into farm shops, creating snackable content, chatting to customers at events, and feeding what you learn back to the team. If you love variety, people, and snacks - you'll love it here.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to learn - and if it all clicks, there's room to stick around.

What you'll be doing

Sales & Store Visits

Visiting Tesco and Sainsbury's to check in on our snacks Making sure we're looking our best on shelves Chatting with staff and spotting chances for extra visibility Pitching us into lovely new independents (think cafes, farm shops) Gathering feedback and sharing what you're seeing on the ground
Marketing & Brand Bits

Creating short, fun TikToks and Insta videos while you're out and about Helping out at events and sampling days (some of these may fall on the weekend) Getting involved in our brand campaigns and launches Feeding ideas into the wider team (we love hearing them!)
Who this would suit

You love chatting to people and aren't afraid to introduce yourself You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up You've got an eye for detail and a feel for what makes great content You've got a full UK driving license and access to a car (we'll cover mileage) You're available around 5 days a week for 3-6 months
Bonus points if...

You've made TikToks or Insta content (personal or brand) You've worked in a shop, as a brand rep, or anything customer-facing You've studied marketing, business or something similar
What you'll get from us

- A paid internship with the chance to become a full-time role
- Loads of learning and real ownership from day one
- Proper support from a small, experienced team
- A team culture where ideas and humour are both very welcome, and actively encouraged.
- Unlimited snacks. Obviously.
