Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Leeds for a Sales Trainee Manager. In this role, you will support and lead efforts to develop client relationships, manage sales team activities, and contribute to achieving organizational sales objectives. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of sales strategies, providing mentorship to team members, conducting market research, and reporting sales performance results to senior management. You will gain hands-on experience through practical training and coaching to grow into a successful sales leader.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
