Sales & Marketing Manager -- ADAM Grooming Atelier


Location: London (with travel opportunities to New York)
Experience: 5+ years in sales and/or marketing
Reports to: Founders
Salary offering: 45k to 60k (subject to experience)

ADAM Grooming Atelier is London's leading men's grooming brand -- a modern atelier redefining barbering for today's professionals. With 14 locations across the capital and growing international presence, ADAM blends traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary aesthetic. Following the success of our first site in New York City, we are now expanding further in the US while deepening our corporate and membership programs in the UK.

The opportunity:



This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, design-led brand at a pivotal stage of international expansion. Working directly with the founders, you will shape and execute ADAM's sales and marketing strategy across the UK and US -- with a focus on brand growth, partnerships, and customer loyalty.

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who can think strategically and act hands-on -- someone excited by the challenge of building a global men's lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities:



Drive Brand Marketing: Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, content, PR, partnerships) to strengthen brand awareness and attract new clients in both markets.

Corporate Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with major corporates, hotels, and institutions, delivering bespoke membership and gifting solutions.

Membership & Loyalty Programs: Oversee growth of membership, referral, and subscription programs, enhancing customer lifetime value.

Sales Strategy: Identify and execute commercial opportunities across retail, services, and new locations, supporting revenue growth targets.

US Expansion: Support the opening and marketing of new NYC sites -- including outreach to corporate partners, community engagement, and brand activations.

Analytics & Insights: Track performance across campaigns and partnerships, ensuring ROI and data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for:



Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or premium lifestyle brands.

Proven success in developing B2B or corporate relationships.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.

Entrepreneurial mindset -- thrives in a growing business with freedom to create and deliver impact.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ambition to grow with the brand as it scales internationally.
