Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Freespirit Pubs . This role is vital in driving our sales initiatives and enhancing our brand presence across our venues. You will play a key part in supporting our mission to provide exceptional experiences to our guests.

Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy, corporate bookings, and event revenue
Identify and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business opportunities
Manage key accounts, agents, corporate clients, and event partners
Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients and partners
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and revenue targets
Marketing
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Oversee website content, online listings, and booking platforms
Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to promote offers, events, and seasonal campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Strategy & Leadership
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare budgets, sales reports, and performance insights for management
Lead, train, and motivate the teams involved with sales and marketing
Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and tourism bodies
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of revenue management, branding, and digital marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach
A degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related
