Join our high-end medical aesthetic clinic in Edgbaston. This is a clinic-based role that requires your full-time presence at our luxury facility, where we combine medical expertise with exceptional service to deliver life-enhancing results for our clients.
We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our growth strategy -- driving new business, leading business development initiatives, managing local marketing activity, and ensuring our sales targets are consistently met.
What You'll Do:
Lead Business Development by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow the clinic's market share.
Grow our client base through effective sales strategies, promotions, and a strong digital presence.
Manage and optimise paid advertising, social media channels, and client communication campaigns.
Set and actively support the team in achieving challenging sales targets.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with local salons, gyms, and businesses.
Report directly to the Clinic Director with clear performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
What You'll Need:
Proven track record in sales and business development (ideally within the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail sectors).
Solid understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition funnels.
A confident, target-driven communicator who thrives on hitting goals and growing a premium brand.
The ability to work exclusively on-site in our Edgbaston clinic.
What You'll Get:
Base salary 32,000-40,000 (DOE)
Uncapped commission (OTE 45,000-60,000+)
