Sales & Marketing Manager

Contract

: Permanent, full-time contract

Location:

Office based, 5 days per week (No Hybrid working)

role will include going on site at Let's Go Hydro / Let's Go Padel so must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job Summary:



Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will work alongside the management team and will be responsible for the sales, events and marketing needs of Belfast International Water sports Ltd, primarily Let's Go Padel.

Building on the key demographic for Let's Go Padel, which is currently missing women players, the role will be to increase this and offer events that will attract more customers. The key demographic is 20 - 40 year olds, your target will be to increase the customers, retain current customers, and reach the target audience that is on the doorstep, and also wider NI area. We aim to have 5 new facilities open in 2026.

The role will involve a lot of outreach and social media, defining the product offered, the price points, and the groups, corporates, sports teams and birthdays or parties and the current target market. Review other Padel courts and what can we learn from them.

For Let's Go Hydro, the audience also ranges from schools, youth groups, corporates, sports teams and birthdays or parties. You will work alongside the management team including customer services, in promoting both LGH and LGP to existing and new customers, driving sales and bookings for the current season and future bookings. You will assist the team in creating packages for customers including both water and land-based activities. The focus for the role will be maximising brand awareness, increasing revenue and footfall, and customer experience.

What you'll do



You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing needs of Belfast International Watersports Ltd including:

3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, etc) 2 years previous marketing experience with proven track record of positive impact on business Previous experience in a leisure, fast paced hospitality, or outdoor adventure industry, identifying target audience and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Previous experience in paid ads, and sales Thorough knowledge of marketing processes, website management, search engine optimization, link-building and content development Solid understanding of the social media universe, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok Tracking and monitoring Facebook adverts and spend / Google adverts as and when required to the demands. Managing budgets and spend Strong organizational skills, self-motivated Excellent internal and external communication skills Strong commercial acumen/business skills, with analytical, project management and organisational skills Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle Eligibility to work in the UK
