Job Description

We're on the lookout for a driven, creative, and commercially savvy Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and boost revenue. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that's split right down the middle -- 50% marketing magic and 50% winning new business and closing sales.

You'll take the lead on digital marketing and paid advertising, while also owning the entire customer journey -- from that very first enquiry to a confirmed booking. If you love turning interest into "yes!" moments, this role is for you.

Experience in wedding and event sales is a must, along with a proven ability to convert leads, think creatively, and deliver results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Sales & Business Development (50%)

Proactively bring in new business and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings

Lead sales across weddings, events, and other exciting revenue streams

Own and manage inbound enquiries using smart, structured sales funnels

Prepare, present, and confidently follow up on proposals, contracts, and quotes

Build lasting relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners

Smash sales targets and maximise bonus opportunities

Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and real revenue results

Marketing & Brand Promotion (50%)

Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Build and fine-tune marketing funnels that drive enquiries and conversions

Set up and manage marketing tools and automation, including email campaigns and follow-ups

Create eye-catching social media content, visuals, and campaigns that support sales

Plan and deliver digital and offline advertising campaigns

Develop on-brand marketing materials, promotions, and visual content

Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and conversion rates -- and adapt quickly when needed

Ensure brand consistency across every platform and customer touchpoint

Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and operational goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year

working with Google Ads and Meta : 3 years (preferred) email marketing automation and CRM-driven workflows: 3 years (preferred) marketing and sales: 5 years (required)
