We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Sales & Marketing Manager to support our global recruitment and marketing strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating content, and working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will manage a portfolio of international agent relationships, support direct sales enquiries, create marketing content, and assist with digital communications. You will also represent Bright World at UK and international events, school visits, and online webinars.
This role combines sales, marketing, content creation, and relationship management -- ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in international education.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with international education agents.
Handle direct sales enquiries and support families through the admissions process.
Write content for monthly email campaigns, newsletters, and communications.
Contribute to social media content, blog writing, and website updates.
Use Canva to edit brochures, create presentations, and produce simple videos.
Attend UK and overseas exhibitions, fairs, and conferences when required.
Conduct school visits and welcome visitors to promote Bright World services.
Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track the sales funnel, and maintain accurate data.
Occasionally act as Duty Manager on the emergency phone rota (training provided).
About You
We're looking for someone who is positive, creative, organised, and confident communicating with people from different cultures.
Essential:
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or similar.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Ability to write engaging marketing content and emails.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
Experience or confidence using Canva for presentations, brochures, or simple video editing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable (not essential):
Experience in international education, student recruitment, or guardianship.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, content creation, or digital marketing.
Experience attending education fairs or representing an organisation professionally.
