The Role

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who can bring fresh ideas and help us expand our reach. You'll play a key role in building brand awareness, driving sales, and creating campaigns that connect with our audience -- both online and offline.

You'll be working closely with our small but dynamic team, where your ideas will make a real difference.

What You'll Do

Develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that boost engagement and sales.

Identify and follow up on new business leads and opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Manage our digital presence -- from social media to email marketing.

Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to guide improvements.

Create marketing materials that tell our brand story in a fresh and authentic way.

Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency and creativity in everything we do.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or marketing role.

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (must have).

Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal, and digital.

A self-starter who's proactive, organised, and full of ideas.

Comfortable with social media, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Passion for building brands and driving growth.

Experience on Monday CRM is desirable but not essential
