Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, brand visibility, and conversion across treatments, courses, and packages. This is a hands-on, clinic-based role responsible for managing leads, campaigns, sales performance, and team execution.
You will work closely with senior management, clinic teams, and external partners to drive bookings, maximise conversion, and scale our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage sales targets for treatments, courses, and packages
Oversee enquiry handling across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM
Improve lead-to-booking conversion rates
Develop and manage pricing strategies, offers, and packages
Track performance, KPIs, and weekly/monthly revenue reports
Coach clinic and sales staff to hit targets
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & in-clinic) Oversee content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, email & SMS marketing Manage paid ads, promotions, and lead-generation activity Work with creatives, influencers, and agencies where required Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
CRM & Automation
Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, booking platforms, WhatsApp flows) Build and optimise sales funnels, follow-ups, and automation Analyse data to improve retention, upselling, and repeat bookings
Team & Operations
Manage and support clinic coordinators and sales staff Set clear KPIs and monitor daily performance Collaborate with practitioners and management to align sales with capacity Support launches, events, open days, and training intakes
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
London W14 8AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role: 2 years (required)
