We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and highly motivated UK Sales & Marketing Officer to grow Buckswood's presence and student numbers within the UK market. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to make the sale, thrives on meeting targets, and has the confidence to drive new opportunities from first contact to conversion.

You'll be the face of the school to the UK market -- inspiring families, securing enrolments, and building a powerful public profile for Buckswood.

Key Responsibilities:



Represent Buckswood at key education events, local networking opportunities, and school fairs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, community organisations, and prospective families. Act as the school's UK PR lead: generating positive media coverage, writing press releases, and managing relationships with local media. Organise and lead school events such as tours (UK and international), open days, community visits, and partnership projects. Maintain a pipeline of UK sales enquiries and support prospective families through the journey to application, working alongside the wider Admissions team. Champion the school's values and ethos in all external communications and engagements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Strong background in UK sales, PR, business development, or marketing. Experience using social media to drive engagement Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. A personable, professional demeanor and the ability to represent the school confidently to a wide range of audiences. A results-driven mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Familiarity with the independent school sector (preferred).
