We are looking for the best talent to join our sales and marketing team. The role is fast-paced, rewarding and incredibly diverse and is best suited for those who thrive in a dynamic sales & marketing environment. You will be securing business across diverse sectors from small groups of holidaymakers to large Corporates and Wedding couples with the added allure of working in the TV and Film arena. You will thrive in finding solutions for our customers from all forms of contact including email, telephone and face to face meetings. Not only that but you will also be closely involved in operational delivery to ensure customer satisfaction across the business, form first contact to completion of the customer event cycle.

There is an important and exciting element of marketing in this role and any applicant with skills in the area is greatly appreciated, especially related to the TV and Film Industry.

Although flexible initially the job will involve long hours and weekend working covering events and overnight stays. This attracts bonus pay and overtime payments. Not for the feint of ?. What this role is about:



Creating and booking unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer's needs Planning and organising exciting marketing events across the Country and potentially beyond..... Communicating effectively with potential clients, building a rapport and identifying needs and requirements. following leads through a wide range of channels including social media, email, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversation Showing initiative and working to tight deadlines. Meeting sales targets and working as a team to provide service excellence Ensuring properties are ready for occupation by guests and of high quality and according to customer requirements

What we're looking for:



People with real passion - you've got to love travel and be passionate about customer service A flair for communicating with a wide variety of customers; you'll need to be able to adapt and quickly build a rapport The confidence, determination and drive to succeed. You should also love learning - the travel industry is always changing and you'll need to be able to stay on top of trends and emerging markets People able to identify and serve customer needs and wants and ability to close sales Tenacious and determined - as a key member of the sales team, you'll have an individual target to work towards as well as overall goals Experience or knowledge of the travel industry is required
