What the role involves
Reporting to the New Business Sales Manager, our Sales & Marketing Support will focus on maximizing the existing client database to generate more business.
Duties include
Making outbound calls/emails to existing clients
Dealing with SMEs through to corporate clients
Daily updating of the CRM and managing diary
Identifying new business opportunities for CA's/Broadriver group products, passing any leads to the sales team for closure
Ensuring we are going above and beyond - exceeding clients' expectations
Grow and develop existing accounts
Develop and maintain long term relationships therefore improving client retention/referral
Ensure all departmental targets set, are met and, where possible, exceeded
Ensuring that the Manager is made aware of any issues preventing them from achieving targets not being met or any training required
Working within company guidelines compliances and processes
Working pattern
Working 9am - 5pm full time, or part-time job share, for anyone seeking part-time hours.
