Southwest Motorhomes is a family-owned and operated Motorhome Dealership. We are looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to sell high quality motorhomes from Major German manufactuers as well as building our second hand portfolio.
Position: Sales Representative
:
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, as well as, ensuring the successful delivery of Southwest Motorhomes products to the customer base.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential new customers.
Deliver a consistent level of outstanding service to our customers.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within set time frames.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and management.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer base to determine current and prospective markets.
Develop sales strategies to increase market opportunities.
Set/acquire strategic business goals, visions, and objectives that are aligned with the organization's business goals.
Work with management to establish, maintain and improve customer relationships.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Ensure all customer questions are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure all product questions are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure all market information is gathered, analyzed and presented in a manner that is accurate and informative for the customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
