Wetlands Property has recently launched its residential sales offering and is looking for a driven, commercially ambitious Sales Negotiator to help us rapidly build market share across South West London.
This is not a passive or reactive position. We are seeking someone who actively goes after opportunities, generates market appraisals, and wins instructions through intelligence, persistence, and genuine relationships - not pressure tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate market appraisals and win new instructions
Leverage existing contacts while developing new local networks
Conduct viewings and negotiate offers professionally and transparently
Bring fresh, innovative ideas for lead generation and instruction sourcing - we want creativity, initiative, and new approaches, not just basic or "run-of-the-mill" methods
Provide clear, honest advice to vendors and buyers
Represent Wetlands Property positively within the local community
Collaborate with the wider team and support marketing, lettings, and property management activities where needed
Skills
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Negotiator
South West London experience preferred
Proven ability to win instructions and progress sales
Confident communicator with strong people skills - client obsession is key
Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded
Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team
Team player and happy to get stuck in

What We Offer
26,000 basic salary + market-leading, performance-led commission structure where we reward instructions as well as completions. Commission is uncapped.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week (including regular Saturdays) from our new office in Barnes, SW13 - a short walk from Hammersmith Bridge.
