We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator to join our successful market leading self employed partnership. Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction for clients.
Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client queries confidently.
Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with local property market trends and legislative requirements affecting sales.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, updating the CRM system, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Requirements
Previous experience is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client enquiries efficiently.
A professional demeanour with a confident approach to negotiations.
A valid driving licence is required for conducting property viewings across different locations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
