Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
Value property with a view to gaining the instructions
Seeking new opportunities by searching for new properties to sell
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
Negotiate offers between clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the transaction process
Assist with marketing properties through various channels including online portals and social media platforms
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their transactions
Support the team in organising appointments, open days.
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are crucial
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Valid driving licence and own car are essential
