Key Executive Sales are a well-established agency based in Cardiff Bay. Due to the demand in properties over the last number of months, we are on the look-out for an experienced individual to join the team. We have a portfolio of high-end properties across South Wales, many in excess of 1m. We pride ourselves on our executive touch along with excellent customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated, organised and approachable individual who will assist with valuations, viewings, marketing, office admin and much more. We would like someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and hit the ground running!

Key Executive Sales is currently expanding and looking to grow over the next few years. This is an opportunity to get into a sales team early and grow with the business.

Previous experience in a sales role in the property industry is essential, as is a valid UK Diving Licence.



You will need to have enthusiasm, dedication, excellent customer service skills and be looking for a challenging and rewarding role. Your negotiating skills and patience will be required at all times.

Main roles and responsibilities to include:



Conduct viewings Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients Manage and maintain client relationships Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process To ensure that updated property lists are available in the office for prospective clients Update and maintain website and online portals Booking appointments and diary management Prepare all viewing lists ensuring tenants are provided with adequate notice for access where applicable Chasing up leads and generating new business To complete all paperwork accurately according to company procedures To communicate effectively and professionally with customers and be polite to clients at all times Effectively use the Microsoft office system. Training will be given on other property databases All applicants must be computer literate. Excel is used on a daily basis in addition to specific property databases of which training will be given Manage sales progression and pipeline monitoring A full, clean driving license is required Saturdays are included on a rota basis with a day off in the week in lieu. A generous commission structure with uncapped earning potential with the ability to set your own fee. A supportive and friendly work environment
