As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing potential buyers, managing generating viewings and negotiating offers through to successful sales. You will be involved in all aspects of marketing and sales where excellent people skills and customer service will be essential. We offer excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Speaking to prospective buyers both on the phone and in person to encourage viewings
Keeping in regular contact with our registered applicants by phone and email to keep them informed of new properties coming to the market
Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
Encouraging and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Managing the sales process and liaising with all parties to facilitate a successful conclusion
Working with the team in the preparation of marketing materials
Qualifications:
