We're looking for a
motivated and personable Sales Negotiator
to join our growing estate agency team in
Chapel Allerton, Leeds
. This is a
part-time role
, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, progressing sales, and making a real impact in a busy, dynamic property market.
What You'll Do
Act as a key point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process from enquiry to completion.
Progress sales efficiently and proactively, keeping all parties informed and moving deals forward.
Build strong local relationships with vendors, buyers, and industry contacts.
Maintain accurate records of communications and sales progression in our CRM.
Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Who You Are
Ambitious, driven, and results-focused with a passion for property sales.
MUST have property experience
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple sales and progress deals efficiently.
Enjoy working in a team while also thriving when working independently.
Local market knowledge is a plus, but not essential - enthusiasm and attitude matter most!
