Salary -
Basic: 26,000 - 28,000 (Negotiable depending upon experience) plus commission & team bonus.
OTE UNCAPPED - 33,000+

The Role
This varied role will involve managing a portfolio of luxury homes (proactively selling and progressing through to completion) alongside your colleagues with a view to selling an agreed quota of properties each month, which is both realistic and challenging. Our primary focus is upon helping people by providing them with an unusually high level of service in all interactions, adopting a caring and friendly approach at all times.
Your duties will include:
Pre-qualifying/managing new vendor enquiries including initial due diligence.
Converting non-proceedable buyers into valuation appointments and following up potential vendor leads with the aim to book as many valuation appointments as possible. Ensuring all communications are recorded with the CRM system.
Arranging viewings at mutually convenient times for vendors and prospective buyers.
Within 24 hours of viewing provide detailed feedback to the vendor.
Intelligently negotiate offers with 100% focus upon achieving the absolute best outcome for your client and their family
Completing marketing reviews of current stock upon a consistent and regular basis
Proactive and organised management of sales progression, ensuring smooth transactions and timely communication between all parties to minimise fall-throughs.
Working to team targets
Consistent and frequent communication with all clients
Ensure all your day to day activities adhere to the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
