Key Responsibilities



Developing a comprehensive understanding of the local property market across Dundee and Angus Answering all incoming office calls and general viewing enquiries in a timely manner Arranging viewings and managing team diaries to ensure productive working Conducting viewings to a high professional standard, building relationships with potential purchasers during this process. Providing regular feedback to sellers Offering unwavering support and advice to selling clients throughout the sales process Completing all administration task on time and accurately Negotiating incoming offers and navigating an agreed purchase, complying with legal and ethical standards Representing Verdala Properties at property viewings, office meetings and company events

Experience and Technical Skills:



Full, clean driving licence (essential) Experience in a fast-paced role with members of the public Active interest in the property market Experience of working as part of a team Competent in the use of IT systems - word, excel, phone systems and outlook (Apple products are used by the team)

Behavioural Competencies



Self-motivated Strong Communication skills- verbally and written Keen to learn Honest and Reliable Client Focused Approach- Ensuring a positive experience for both sellers and buyers Positive and upbeat personality (with a good sense of humour!) Organisational skills and effective time management strategies.

Pay: 24,420.00-39,458.05 per year

Work Location: In person
