Summary

Delaney's Estate Agents is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Havering. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our expansion efforts by fostering strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our values.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs Provide expert advice on property sales and market trends Conduct property viewings and open houses Negotiate sales agreements and contracts Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Stay informed about local real estate market conditions Represent the company at community events to enhance brand visibility Able to comply with the current laws and compliance Full driving licence

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
