Sales negotiator
Chapplins are an award winning independent estate agent located in the market Town of Fareham where we have been trading for nearly 25 years. We have a proven track record of delivering the highest level of service to our clients and are proud to be the most five star reviewed agent locally.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a full-time sales negotiator. The candidate would ideally have previous experience in estate agency or sales.
This varied role will involve all aspects of the property sales process from conducting initial viewings and providing feedback to vendors to negotiating offers. You will also be expected to generate new business including booking valuation appointments with new potential vendors to financial service appointments and legal services.
The role would ideally suit someone who is eager to progress in the industry with full support and training provided.
Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Every other Saturday 9am to 4pm
On target earnings
25,000 to 30,000.
Holiday
29 days paid holiday including bank holidays
