What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping clients navigate the exciting journey of buying and selling homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building strong client relationships and providing outstanding service. Conducting engaging property viewings, highlighting key features. Negotiating offers to secure the best outcomes for buyers and sellers. Managing the sales process from start to finish, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other professionals. Staying up-to-date with property values, market trends, and legal requirements.

What We're Looking For

While previous estate agency experience is an advantage, it's not essential. What matters most is your drive, attitude, and people skills. We're looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in negotiation and deal-closing. A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer service. Strong organisation and multitasking abilities. A keen eye for detail and genuine interest in property. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
