Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
- Maintain a database of available properties and update listings regularly
- Coordinate with property owners, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or lettings.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle paperwork and documentation accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the local property market and relevant regulations is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
