Basic salary 26,000 - 30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing homes to prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers, drive successful deals, and deliver exceptional client service.
Build your own client pipeline, nurture buyer and vendor relationships.
Support property listings, market the portfolio, and create irresistible sales presentations.
Maintain compliance, accurate records, and uphold operational best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in estate agency (Harrogate/North Yorkshire area a plus).
Proven ability to close deals and surpass targets.
Highly personable, persuasive, and confident communicator.
Strong understanding of residential property trends and market activity.
Motivated, energetic, and thrives in a results-driven team.
