The Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and busy agency. You will be responsible for:

Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales to secure the best outcomes for our clients. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Working closely with our team to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:

A strong desire to grow the business and achieve targets. Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred, but not essential. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for success. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The job is subject to suitable references.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as a Saturday morning as per branch rota.
