Well-Established in 1993. Successful family run estate agency seeking an individual to join our sales team!
A KEEN INTEREST in property is essential! Working as a sales negotiator the role will be both busy and varied! Working as part of our small team providing outstanding customer service and advice to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and customer service experience, preferably with an estate agency.
Key Responsibilities (Mainly Office Based):
Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
Booking viewings and valuations
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Providing regular feedback to vendors
Generate new business opportunities
Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
Assisting with general branch administration when required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous estate agency or sales experience is preferred
Customer Service experience essential (minimum 2 years)
Driving License and access to your own vehicle,
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and via email
Strong computer skills, with confidence using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office
GCSE English & Maths Minimum Grade C
