Who We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for a
Sales Negotiator
who doesn't just have the experience -- they've got the touch. You'll need at least two years of estate agency experience or a background in residential conveyancing. Why? Because you understand the journey our clients are on and how much trust they place in us to guide them through it.
This role is perfect for someone who's confident, capable, and keen to join a small, collaborative team that truly cares. No high-pressure call centre vibe here -- just a shared passion for people, property, and doing things properly.
Your Day-to-Day
Managing a portfolio of clients with warmth, professionalism and care
Booking viewings and valuation appointments
Providing weekly updates to sellers and maintaining strong relationships
Gathering and acting upon viewing feedback to keep properties performing
Negotiating offers and progressing sales from offer to exchange and completion
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and buyers to keep things moving
Ensuring compliance with AML procedures and all legal requirements
What You'll Bring
A minimum of two years in estate agency or residential conveyancing
Confidence in negotiating and communicating with clients at all levels
A solid understanding of the sales process from listing to completion
Superb organisation and attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Strong local knowledge of Bury and surrounding areas (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
A passion for property, people and high standards
Available to work a minimum of every other Saturday
