Role Overview



As Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing applicants, delivering high-quality negotiations, nurturing buyers through the full sales journey, and driving properties from valuation through to completion.

You will play a key role in vendor communication, offer negotiation, pipeline management, and maintaining outstanding customer experiences throughout.

This is an experienced position -- you will be expected to operate with autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and help strengthen the performance of the overall sales function.

We are now seeking an

Experienced Sales Negotiator

who can own the sales pipeline, deliver consistent completions, and provide a best-in-class service to vendors and buyers. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue and maintaining our standout reputation.

Key Responsibilities



1. Applicant & Buyer Management



Register and qualify applicants thoroughly: budget, motivation, timescales, funding. Match buyers with suitable properties and proactively generate viewing activity. Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Identify cross-sell opportunities for sales, mortgages, solicitors, and lettings.

2. Negotiation & Offer Handling



Create urgency and guide buyers confidently through the offer process. Negotiate between buyer and vendor to achieve the strongest possible outcome. Present offers clearly and transparently, giving vendors confident advice. Maintain strong conversion from viewing ? offer ? sale agreed.

3. Vendor Management & Communication



Provide weekly (minimum) vendor updates with actionable recommendations. Review marketing performance, click-through data, and feedback patterns. Challenge pricing or strategy where necessary using evidence-based insight. Build long-term trust and ensure vendors always feel supported and informed.

4. Sales Progression Support



Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and chain parties. Monitor pipelines to reduce delays, fall-throughs, and risk points. Maintain momentum through proactive updates, follow-up and clear communication. Support the sales team in achieving consistent exchange and completion numbers.

5. CRM & Process Discipline



Maintain accurate records on CRM systems Log tasks, call notes, and pipeline stages to high standards. Follow compliance processes including AML checks and sales memos. Work collaboratively with valuers and setters to maximise pipeline quality.

6. Team Contribution & Senior Responsibility



Support junior negotiators with guidance, standards, and best practice. Lead by example in organisation, communication, and pace. Positively contribute to Aspire's energetic, high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For



Experience



3-4+ years estate agency experience (essential) Strong track record in negotiation and sales progression (we will ask for evidence!) Experience managing pipelines and vendors independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high lead flow

Salary & Earnings



Basic Salary:

25,000 to 27,000 (depending on Experience)

On Target Earnings:

32,000 - 35,000

Uncapped Commission:

Paid on completed sales
