Sales Negotiator

to join our dynamic Leicester-based team.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the driving force behind our property sales process -- building relationships with buyers and sellers, generating and qualifying leads, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties Arranging and conducting property viewings (both virtual and in-person) Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business Providing regular feedback and updates to vendors and applicants Working collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team to maximise opportunities Ensuring all activities are accurately recorded on the CRM system

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in estate agency sales (essential) A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation and communication skills Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
