Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying or selling
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout transactions.
Organise appointments, follow-ups, and meetings efficiently to maximise client engagement.
Stay informed about local property market trends and competitor activity to advise clients effectively.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Previous experience in sales is essential;
