Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying or selling properties. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers Negotiate offers between buyers or vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media Provide advice to clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction progressions Follow up with clients post-viewing or post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Experience

Previous administrative experience is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction Experience in Estate Agency or Sales is required. Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving is vital for success in this role
