Personal requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual. The ideal candidate will be well presented and articulate, used to delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Happy to work in a busy office environment. You must have the ability to add value to the team. Sales and/or Lettings experience is essential. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and car.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective tenants / buyers on a daily basis. Sending out details of new properties on the market to applicant on database Have excellent rapport and relationships skills Registering applicants Arranging and conducting viewings, highlighting the benefits of the location and amenities. Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants. Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations. Sourcing new landlords and prospecting Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property's value. Provide valuable feedback to vendors/landlords Taking on new instructions and assisting in the preparation of details for window displays and websites. Advertising to promote the properties under instruction Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers Make sure that the price agreed is acceptable to both buyer and seller Liaise and instruct solicitors and surveyors Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets. Keeping up to date with trends in the relevant property market.
