Our continued growth means we're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our expanding residential sales team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a pivotal role in converting leads into successful sales. You'll build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, arrange and conduct viewings, and manage sales through to completion. This role suits an ambitious, articulate professional who thrives on exceeding expectations and providing a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify and register potential buyers, matching them with suitable properties
Conduct property viewings with professionalism and market insight
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication at every stage
Work closely with a Sales Director to learn and grow within the role
Manage and update activity in the internal CRM system
Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
Generate new business through follow-ups, referrals, and market appraisals
Contribute ideas to enhance Hemmingfords' client experience and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience in residential sales within London (preferred)
Proven track record in generating offers and progressing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
Comfortable with pressure and team KPIs
Strong understanding of North and North West London property market advantageous
Confident user of property CRM systems (Alto experience advantageous)
Full UK driving licence
