We have a very exciting opportunity within our Chelsea office for a Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business in a fast paced and lucrative market.


The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

Qualifying new buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties Arranging and conducting viewings Negotiating with all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome for all Progressing sales from offer to completion Proactively managing client expectations Building relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Requirements

Track record in a sales or client service environment Knowledge and awareness of the property market Previous experience in selling properties in the London market (desirable) Strong work ethic Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and individually
