Office Manager / Sales Negotiator:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to attend property viewings, register buyers, onboard new clients and prepare marketing details. Sales progression experience would be good, but not essential. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, hard work and enthusiasm. The applicant will be expected to manage their time efficiently while maintaining a high level of organisation.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilise IT tools for tracking sales progress and maintaining client records.
Writing up property particulars including recognising and promoting key selling features.
Constantly reviewing marketing strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company goals.
Experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A valid driving licence for conducting viewings.
