Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Mitcham on a full time, permanent basis.

It is essential for the role that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business use insurance cover.

In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will:

Generate and conduct property viewings Identify new instruction opportunities Negotiate offers between all parties Maximise branch income with the cross sell of mortgage services Display excellent customer service at all times
