What you'll be doing
Registering buyers, booking and conducting viewings, and turning good conversations into strong offers.
Building rapport with vendors, keeping them updated and advising on pricing, feedback and strategy.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best outcome for all parties.
Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other third parties.
Supporting the wider branch with marketing, board management and generating new valuation opportunities.
About you
Experience in estate agency sales (viewings, offers, sales progression) - ideally in a similar Newcastle or North East market.?
Confident communicator who enjoys being on the phone, in people's homes and out on appointments.
Target-driven, competitive and motivated by commission - but still focused on doing the right thing for your clients.?
Full UK driving licence and your own car.
