Job Description
22,000 Basic Salary Depending on Experience & 34,000 + on target earnings with career progression.
You must have full UK driving licence to apply for this role.
iMove Estate Agents was established in March 2018 and we are looking to expand our growing team with someone passionate, enthusiastic, hard working and career driven.
We have offices in both Torquay and Newton Abbot, and cover Torbay & Teignbridge. This role will be based in the Newton Abbot office.
Your role would briefly comprise:
Conduct property viewings Generate and book valuations Negotiate offers & agree sales Help find buyers their next home General office admin
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an estate agent, that is motivated to help expand the business and we will offer further training and support with career progression available for the right candidate.
As our business thrives on our 5service we are after someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and wants to exceed clients expectations. You will also receive a mileage allowance and uncapped commission.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and one in three Saturday's 9.00am - 3.00pm.
