Your Role & Responsibilities
As a
Sales Negotiator
, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring properties are showcased at their best. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors
Securing new property instructions and driving business growth
Effectively marketing properties to attract qualified buyers
Managing property contracts and promoting additional services
Creating high-quality property brochures using professional photography and compelling descriptions
Conducting local canvassing activities, including door knocking and leaflet distribution
Ensuring all listed properties meet required health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence (manual)
Previous estate agency experience and ready to progress your career
Strong team player with emerging leadership potential
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised
Confident communicator with a polished, professional telephone manner
Competent with basic Microsoft Office and general IT systems
