You will be:
Handling inquiries via telephone, email and face to face
Accurately Completing admin checklists
Carrying out on market sales management
Understanding customer needs to generate leads
Managing a buyer and seller database effectively
Arranging and carrying out property viewings
Gaining key feedback, generating offers and negotiating sales
Achieving monthly sales and referral targets
Delivering excellent customer service
Have excellent IT and written/verbal communication
Have use of own vehicle
You will already be a great communicator and can pay attention to detail and also be-able to engage and influence customers by building relationships and exceeding their expectations on their journey.
