Walker Laird Estate Agents are an award-winning, long-established estate agency based in Renfrewshire and part of a respected local legal firm. Our approach allows us to provide clients with a seamless property and legal service. We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our Renfrew team.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based position where you'll manage property sales from instruction to completion. You'll liaise closely with clients, buyers, and solicitors to ensure every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property sales through every stage of the process.o Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.o Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.o Maintain accurate records and update our systems promptly.o Work collaboratively with our in-house legal team to progress sales efficiently.
About You

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent is essential.o Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.o Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.o Proactive and driven, with a professional and customer-focused approach.o Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage.
