An established, high-performing independent estate agency in Ripon is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join its busy residential sales team. What you'll be doing

Handling buyer enquiries, qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties.? Booking, conducting and following up viewings, delivering outstanding service every time.? Advising vendors on feedback, pricing and market conditions to help secure the best result.? Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, working to agree sales that stick.? Progressing agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and all parties to keep deals moving.? Keeping the CRM up to date and ensuring all compliance and paperwork is accurate.?

What you'll bring

Experience in estate agency sales, customer-facing sales or a similarly fast-paced property role.? Natural people skills - confident on the phone and face to face, able to build rapport quickly with buyers and sellers.? Real drive to hit and exceed targets while maintaining a professional, consultative approach.? Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple properties, clients and deadlines.? A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
